Sports in Patras & Athletic Events

The ornament of the city, Pampeloponnisiako Stadium, with a capacity of 22.000 audiences, was specially synchronized for the conduct of the PreOlympian Soccer Tournament of 2004. Since then, many sports in Patras are hosted in this stadium.

Nearby, there is the National Swimming pool, while at the other side of the city there is the close gymnasium "Tofalos" that often hosts important Patras athletic events.
